Headstand's Grande Finale - Listen Again

Well, the final Headstand show has gone out live on Cambridge radio as of Tuesday 19th August.  J.S.Watts was delighted to have been a live studio guest on the final broadcast and to have had the opportunity to read a series of valedictory poems in honour of the occasion.

What do you mean, you didn't hear it? Never mind, all is not lost.

There are also contributions from other past Headstand guests including Leanne Moden and Patrick Sheil and his band Moth Conspiracy and, of course, there is the show's polymath host, Patrick Widdess.

Headstand's Last Stand

The cult Cambridge radio programme Headstand, with its eclectic mix of music and spoken word, comes to an end tonight.

On the last ever Headstand Radio Show, DJ Patrick Widdess is joined by a studio full of guests to give the show a good send off after seven years on-air in Cambridge. They include Rychard Carrington, JS Watts, Patrick Sheil and Maciek Pawlikowski. Join them at 11.00 tonight, Tuesday 19th August, on Cambridge 105FM.

Friday Mushrooms

Rhythms of the World 2014

The exhilarating Rhythms of the World Festival is returning to Hitchin this year on 2nd and 3rd August.

It has a line up to die for, with music and performance to sort all tastes including Courtney Pine, for all you jazz aficionados, Megson, for folk fans and the Kakatsitsi Master Drummers from Ghana for lovers of drumming.

J.S.Watts is extremely excited to be performing at 3pm on Saturday, 2nd August, on the Arcadeclectic Stage, when you can expect a lively festival performance of her poetry.

Meet My Character - Blog Tour

J.S.Watts has joined the Meet My Character Blog Tour. Thank you Sarah Potter for the invite.
